Job description

As a Business Analyst at the company, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle development of our Platform products. This includes overseeing the development of the Platform Frontend Web and Mobile, APIs and SDKs, and integrating the platform with websites and other tracking systems. Your role will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Management, O&M (Organization and Methods), Logic, Mathematics, or completion of a System Analysis course.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in system analysis of large-scale software projects, demonstrating a track record of successful product deliveries.
  • Experience in infrastructure projects, going beyond interfaces and GUI, and understanding the complexities of the development process.
  • Proficiency in managing team backlogs, breaking down requirements into user stories, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to articulate product definitions and requirements through clear and comprehensive PRDs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding and exposure to Trading Platforms and Risk/Dealing Management Systems, providing domain knowledge and expertise in financial markets.
  • Previous experience as a programmer would be advantageous, enabling you to provide valuable insights into the technical aspects of development.
  • Familiarity with iterative product development in a Scrum development environment, ensuring adaptability and agility throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and concise product definitions. Manage the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

System Analysis: Utilize your experience in system analysis of large-scale software projects, providing valuable insights into infrastructure projects, not just limited to interfaces and GUI.

Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the team backlog, breaking down requirements into actionable user stories, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Product Requirement Documents (PRDs): Clearly communicate product definitions and requirements through well-written PRDs, guiding the development team in the right direction. Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effectively liaising with both business and technical teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong experience with writing user stories and acceptance criterias,
