Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-driven IT and ERP Project Manager to join our team.
Requirement
• Preferably graduated from departments of Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems at universities.
• At least 5 years of managerial and team management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP (Nebim V3) and proficiency in Nebim V3 modules.
• Preferably experienced in the field of retail.
• Experienced in process improvement and efficiency-related areas.
• Experienced in integration processes.
• Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in analysis work and business development projects.
• Knowledgeable in digitalization, business intelligence, and data analysis.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with a systematic and strategic perspective.
• Proficient in English.
Responsibilities
• Lead the definition/modeling, implementation, performance monitoring, and evaluation, as well as improvement/development efforts of ERP processes.
• Design data processing solutions to enhance ERP.
• Take necessary actions to address any user support requests, analyze and resolve ERP system issues.
• Serve as a system analyst to help identify user needs and improve data processing.
• Customize and configure ERP for integration into multiple systems.
• Oversee the technical team for project setup, data transformation, and functional development activities, and perform ERP tests.
• Ensure the uninterrupted, secure, up-to-date, and efficient opera>on of information systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the network between headquarters and stores.
• Establish the necessary IT infrastructure for newly opened stores, integrate them into the system, and provide the required training.
• Plan and manage the IT infrastructure and application, hardware, network, and operating systems in line with the company’s goals and strategies.
• Evaluate and provide necessary support for devices and programs used by other departments within the scope of your responsibility and oversee their implementations.
• Plan and implement projects/tasks that may affect the system, such as maintenance, repair, and changes.
• Manage technical processes such as identification of all IT equipment needs, procurement, installation, configuration, capacity planning, performance tuning, and documentation.
• Manage external resources/service providers.
• Ensure the implementation of data management policies, including security, audit, and privacy regulations.
• Design and manage ISO 27001 and GDPR processes.
