We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career management in the retail sector.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preferably has a good command of English.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to develop strategies.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Team player, disciplined, attentive, persuasive, and capable of representation.
• Advanced reporting skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to drive actively.
• Identify all recruitment needs, prepare job advertisements, publish them, and follow up.
• Evaluate incoming applications, organize and conduct interviews.
• Manage backup efforts for relevant positions.
• Organize travel for recruitment in cities other than the current and upcoming stores.
• Manage processes such as job offers, reference checks, etc.
• Manage and monitor performance evaluation, talent management, rewards system, training and development processes.
• Actively conduct talent acquisition and retention efforts.
• Conduct work to increase employee loyalty, manage employee rela9ons, and communication within responsible units.
• Conduct research on human resources practices, develop new proposals that can be implemented, and use appropriate platforms to achieve these goals.
• Prepare weekly and monthly interview reports.
