We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-driven Senior Business Analyst to join our team.


• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Statistics departments of universities.
• Preferably, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experienced in Information Technologies, Business Analysis, Process Modeling, and Enterprise Workflow Software Development and Testing Processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and a focus on results and solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and use relevant tools (Excel, Business Objects).
• Preferably knowledgeable in Oracle/PostgreSQL database and PL-SQL.
• Familiar with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana.
• Experience in web services, SOAP, REST API, JSON, and XML.
• Familiar with Linux servers.
• Residing in Istanbul.

• Monitoring product performance (usage rates, error counts, customer satisfaction) and creating necessary improvement recommendations and roadmaps.
• Analyzing customer experiences related to business outcomes, understanding and interpreting behavior, and deriving action recommendations.
• Collecting data from multiple sources, compiling them in a simplified and actionable format for effective decision-making.
• Sharing termination, revision, and relaunch recommendations with the customer.
• Conducting application quality evaluation and acceptance in projects where application solutions are provided by external companies.
• Managing the demand management process in coordina9on with all relevant internal and external parties.
• Identifying customer needs through regular customer contacts and generating proactive solutions.
• Conducting satisfaction surveys with all customers at specific intervals.
• Analyzing customer journeys end-to-end with journey maps in digital communication channels, identifying problematic points, and proposing innovative improvement suggestions.
