In this position, you will serve as a liaison between Project/Product and Sales teams by writing proposals, solutions overviews, and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery by the client’s teams and then presenting them to the clients. As part of the team, you bring a hybrid mix of analysis and pre-sales experience to work.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing TiM solutions to market with our partners,
  • Independently drive end to end presales, technical solutions, response, and estimation on opportunities (RFI/RFP/RFQ)
  • Customer satisfaction with TiM products and solutions,
  • Develop effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Develop expertise in key commercial IoT markets, such as Manufacturing, Smart Retail and Industrial Automation to effectively engage with the customers & partners and help building the solutions.
  • Act as the technical solution specialist for TiM’s products and services. Build a trusted technical subject matter expert position in depth with the strategic customers through a deep understanding of the customers’ device and business imperatives. Understand the TiM strategy and influence and orchestrate relevant and applicable internal resources to drive maximum coverage on key opportunities and strategies in a timely manner by engaging as a deep technical level across our customer’s organization. Grow TiM’s presence in the region through customer references, successful deployments, regional and local industry events, etc.
  • Drive the TiM solutions pipeline as well as POCs and pilots for the solutions across the ecosystem. Coordinate with partners to report opportunities and maximize results and return on investment to drive the sales.
  • Act as the interface between the customers, TiM product teams, and other TiM team-members. Provide field, customer, and market insights to the product teams across to generate requirements on TiM solutions, advocate customers and provide consistent feedback to product teams. Drive strong collaboration across TiM teams to ensure securely connected end to end solutions deployed with broad partner by partnering with internal stakeholders where applicable. Keep up to date with the market trends and competitive insights, engage product teams to further enhance our industry-leading solutions offerings.
  • You will help customers make technical decisions to build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on TiM technology. You will lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof of concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove to our largest customers the capabilities of TiM’s products and services, and how we can make their businesses more successful. You will lead to clear technical and competitive blockers to accelerate sales and customer usage. You will own winning the technical decision at customers for sales opportunities and usage scenarios, through tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making. You will work with partners and others at TiM, as well as use our tools, to extend your reach and the reach of your team, focusing on satisfying customer needs.
