Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share for our mobile and web application products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and assess the competitive landscape.

- Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds targets.

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

- Product Promotion: Develop and implement strategies for promoting new and existing products, including pricing, advertising, and promotional activities.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and channels.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the tech industry.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mobile and web applications, as well as the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the mobile and web application industry.

- Knowledge of the Polish market and business environment.

- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Polish and English.
